Remove Unwanted Styles from The Events Calendar Plugin

If you find yourself creating a custom designed site using The Events Calendar plugin by ModernTribe, you might notice that even when using the Skeleton display setting there are still some stylesheets being enqueued that you likely won’t need.

The below function will remove all the skeleton styles. You could do the same with any scripts you don’t need like boostrap-datepicker for instance. Just be careful and mindful of what you might need in the future when removing unwanted styles and scripts.

First thing is to set your site to only load the bare minimum styles, so make sure you have selected Skeleton in The Events Calendar settings.
